Our constitution allows for the standard list of officers plus committee members with an overall committee size of 12.
The committee and officers are re-elected every year at the Annual General Meeting held in June.
Following the 2025 AGM the following positions are confirmed.
As a group we are eternally grateful for people taking on these roles and wish to thank anyone who has been on the committee.












Vacancies exist for the Open meeting co-ordinator.
The committee meet on the 2nd Thursday morning every month except for August.
In addition to these committee positions there are three additional roles.
David Clark is the newsletter editor (editor)
Sue Bailey is responsible for the website and ensures currency of all information held therein (webmaster)
Clare Deeming is co-opted by the committee for technical support and Beacon administration
Like all u3a's we are indebted to the people who willingly take on these administrative positions, without them this u3a could not function.
