Our constitution allows for the standard list of officers plus committee members with an overall committee size of 12.

The committee and officers are re-elected every year at the Annual General Meeting held in June.

Following the 2026 AGM the following positions are confirmed.

As a group we are eternally grateful for people taking on these roles and wish to thank anyone who has been on the committee.

Martin Wakeling - Treasurer

Kathryn Tuddenham - Vice Chair, new & existing groups co-ordinator

Peter Oliver - Vice Chair and Technician

Louise Carney-Hall - Social Events Team

Carole Fleming - Refreshments & Social

Brendan Dawson - Publicity

Paco Saucedo - Committee Member

Trish Robinson - Secretary

Surrinder Kaur - Committee Member

Clare Deeming - technical support and Beacon administration

John Tidmarsh - Co-opted Membership secretary

Vacancies exist for the Open meeting co-ordinator.

The committee meet on the 2nd Thursday morning every month except for August.

In addition to these committee positions there are three additional roles.

David Clark is the newsletter editor (editor)

Sue Bailey is responsible for the website and ensures currency of all information held therein (webmaster)
