Opera should be fun.  Come and enjoy the spectacle, emotion and atmosphere.  It’s a feast for the senses.  We won’t use jargon and there will be lively discussion.  The idea is to watch an opera on DVD but within the 2ish hours, chosen by the group from a selection of popular ones.  Synopsis and subtitles provided.  Coffee break part-way through with chance to ask any questions.  Suitable for beginners and experienced alike.  Try it – if you don’t, you’ll never know.
